Reducing Pressure, Maximizing Potential
The absolute priority of our environment is to offer a calm setting with no stress or pressure to perform. We recognize that the high demands and constant pressure of regular society are often what cause neurodivergent individuals to drop out. By removing these stressors, we create the necessary space for individuals to develop at their own pace.
Modular Housing & Innovation
We aim to house participants using self-built “tiny houses” to provide the independence of a private home while remaining quick and cost-effective to realize.
The Work Package Model
To prevent burnout, we move away from traditional rigid structures:
- Work Packages: Tasks are divided into
specific, manageable “work packages”
assigned to multiple participants. - Flexible Execution: Participants execute these packages in a transparent, flexible manner that suits their personal capacity and need for a low-stress environment.
- Project Management: A project manager
handles all external communication,
shielding the workers from communication
stressors. - Reduced Pressure: This method allows for the spreading of risk and removes the individual burden of meeting high-pressure performance quotas.
